Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage assigned routes, handle deliveries and pickups, and grow customer relationships on a daily basis. This field-based role emphasizes safety, reliability, and professional service.

The RSR position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with potential for earnings growth through upselling, along with comprehensive benefits and a strong company culture across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
DOT compliance incl. physical exam.
High school diploma, GED or military service.
Strong customer service skills.
Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with new tech to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned route as primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks with accuracy.
Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling products.
Identify opportunities to upsell garments and services to increase route revenue.
Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
Operate a walk-in truck on designated routes while maintaining safety.
Maintain a predictable schedule with a Monday–Friday daytime workweek.
