Cintas in Madison, WI is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Hold an active driver’s license and be at least 21.
• DOT medical certification required.

• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products on a defined route.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while ensuring safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
