Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility service products. We offer a comprehensive 10-week training program, base salary with commission after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends for most

Qualifications

• Meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Maintain safety standards and quality service.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.
• Be capable of physical work and operating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
