Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products, while building rapport with key decision makers.

Qualifications

Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicle >10,000 lbs.
Active driver's license required.
Be at least 21 years old.
Obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
