Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, and delivering/collecting uniforms and related products on a fast-paced schedule.

Ideal candidates will meet DOT requirements, have a valid license, and be 21 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
