Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Franklin, Wisconsin is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck, service existing customers, upsell additional products, and ensure service quality while representing the company.

This is a fast-paced, physical position with regular training, a solid base salary plus commission potential, a four-day workweek for many routes, and minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicle >10,000 lbs, with active driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customer decisions makers and be the face of Cintas to customers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
