Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and cleaning products along an established route, with a strong emphasis on customer service and upselling within an existing base.

The position offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, and minimal nights or weekend work, plus performance bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
