Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a route and servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility service products on a physical, fast-paced job.

Qualified candidates must meet DOT requirements including a valid driver's license, be at least 21, and obtain a DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
