Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive on an established route to service and sell uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and related facility services.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends for many shifts. Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, upselling, renewing service agreements, and maintaining safe driving practices.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
