Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck to service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products.

This position offers a solid base salary with commissions, a four-day workweek, and no nights or weekends for most shifts. Training is provided and performance bonuses are available based on results.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicle > 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
