Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an established base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility products.

This is a fast-paced, on-site role with the potential for bonuses and advancement. Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, maintaining quality, upselling, and renewing service agreements while complying with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for a vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required; must be 21+ years old.
• Demonstrated strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
