Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route professionals service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and cleaning products on a route.

This is a fast-paced, physical role with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service. Training is provided, and the position offers base pay with commissions, a largely four-day workweek, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must have an active driver's license, be at least 21, and obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and provide employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
