Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell within an existing customer base, and perform routine delivery and pickup of uniforms and facility products.

The role requires DOT compliance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• Age 21 or older. High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Face of Cintas to customers; build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
