Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services, representing Cintas to our customers.

The role emphasizes a reliable four-day workweek with no nights or weekends, base salary plus commission after route assignment, and ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements may apply; DOT regulations for driving a heavy vehicle.
• Active driver’s license; 21+ years of age; DOT medical certification.
• Prior employment documentation provided prior to first day.

Responsabilités

• Face of Cintas to customers; build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory; maintain professional safety standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations; support route growth and quality service.
