Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route drivers service and sell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels and cleaning products along a four-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and 21+ years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
