Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive an established route delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products, while building strong relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes a mostly four-day workweek with no nights or weekends and includes base pay plus commission potential after a route is assigned, along with performance bonuses and incentives.

Qualificações

• Active driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Ability to document previous employment.

Responsabilidades

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
