Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products along an established route. This role combines customer service with sales on a four-day workweek, with most shifts not including nights or weekends.

You will build rapport with decision makers, upsell services, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe, compliant operations while supporting aggressive growth plans.

Qualifications

• DOT-qualified driving with license and medical certification.
• Active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
