The role emphasizes building rapport with customers, meeting DOT requirements, and maintaining high service standards while enjoying a 4-day workweek for most shifts.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active drivers license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling of additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
