Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing base of customers, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility services.

The role is physical and fast-paced, with a 4-day workweek for most schedules and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification must be obtained before first day.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
