Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing base.

It is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility products. The position emphasizes a solid base salary with commission potential, a 4-day workweek majority, and minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet DoT driving requirements: active driver's license, age 21+, DOT medical certification.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
