Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a four‑day workweek for the majority, typically no nights or weekends, and a compensation package featuring a solid base salary plus

Qualifications

• Active driver license required and must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain DOT medical certification prior to start.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment as part of onboarding.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
