Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items. Training is provided, with base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route, plus a 4-day workweek and minimal nights

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required and able to meet regulated vehicle standards.
• DOT medical certification required before first day of employment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory with professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
