Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items, requiring strong customer relations and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Military service acceptable.
• Active driver's license and meeting physical requirements are mandatory.
• Ability to meet DOT driving standards for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while following safety rules.
