UniFirst Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and returning garments and products on a daily basis. You’ll build strong customer relationships, upsell new items, and support route operations with precise loading, unloading, and communication with the service team.

This field-based role emphasizes safety, reliability, and on-time service, with commissions starting day one and a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to load/unload, manage inventory, and operate on a route
• Experience in route sales, delivery, or customer service is a plus
• Commissions-based earning potential starting from day one

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned route and serve as primary point of contact for customers
• Deliver and pick garments and products daily
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks
• Deliver on-time, accurate deliveries and returns
• Grow customer relationships and upsell compatible garments and products
• Represent UniFirst on the road with a focus on safety
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, ensure safety compliance
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends
