Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and upsell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and related products.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements of the role and be able to perform duties on a route.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
