Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The role includes a comprehensive 10-week training program with starting rate of $22.40 per hour,

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and be the face of Cintas to customers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
