Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions and performance bonuses, with a 4-day workweek and minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Must have an active driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
