Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position serving uniforms, towels, cleaning products and more. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, maintaining quality standards, and growing the account through up-selling while adhering to DOT

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to provide prior employment history.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation and safety awareness.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to expand the account base.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
