Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility supplies.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a 4-day workweek and minimal nights or weekends, plus opportunities for training and performance bonuses.

Qualificações

• Active driver's license
• DOT medical certification
• 21+ years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
