Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.

This is a physical, fast-paced role emphasizing safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• DOT requirements apply for driving a vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory.
