Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility service products. It offers a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends, plus ongoing training, advancement opportunities and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Meets all Department of Transportation requirements for operating a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and meets age requirement (21+).
• Obtains DOT medical certification prior to start.
• Provides documentation of prior employment as requested.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving rules and vehicle regulations.
