Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced position serving and picking up uniforms and other facility services products. The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, and mostly no nights or weekends, along with monthly/quarterly

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
