Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. Team members drive a truck on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services products on a 4‑day workweek with minimal nights or weekends.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, upselling, and ensuring high quality service while adhering to DOT and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• DOT requirements: active driver's license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification, prior employment documentation.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
