Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services items along an established route.

Starting hourly rate is $30.00/hour with solid base salary and commission potential after assignment to a route. The position favors a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends and includes performance bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required and must be at least 21.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
