Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division. You will manage and grow customer accounts, delivering and picking up uniforms and cleaning products along an established route.

Qualifications

• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
