Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services products.

This is a physical role conducted indoors and outdoors. The position offers a solid base salary with commission potential after assignment, a 4-day workweek for the majority of the time, and bonuses/ incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required; at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required before first day of work.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
