Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility service products.

The role emphasizes a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commissions, and a 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends. It also offers monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and at least 21 years old per Department of Transportation.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
