Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive a route delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products while building relationships with key decision makers.

This role offers a solid base salary with commission potential, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires active driver’s license and ability to operate regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old and obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation from previous employment.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Able to meet physical requirements and stay organized on route.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
