Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Team members drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends, competitive pay, and opportunities for training, advancement and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
