Job summary

Cintas in Coppell, TX is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You’ll drive an established route delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products, while building rapport with key decision makers.

The role offers solid base pay with commissions, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
