Job summary

Cintas is looking for a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services on a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor route.

Expect a comprehensive 10-week training with entry hourly rate, solid base salary plus commission after being assigned a route, and a largely 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
