Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental division on a 4-day workweek. You will drive a regulated vehicle, service existing customers, upsell and cross-sell products, and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.

The role features a solid base salary plus commissions, comprehensive training, and bonuses. Most shifts are four days with no nights or weekends, reflecting the company's commitment to work-life

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
