Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division on a 4-day workweek. You will drive to customer locations, service uniforms and facility products, and upsell additional services.

This role emphasizes building rapport with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, and working with a team to meet goals. Majority of workweek is 4 days with no nights or weekends, with training and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma or GED or military service.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
