Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a regulated vehicle, servicing and selling to an established customer base, with a 4-day workweek and minimal nights or weekends. Commissions and bonuses accompany a solid base salary.

You will build rapport with decision makers, upsell and cross-sell products, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering outstanding service daily.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and minimum 21 years of age required.
• DOT medical certification required prior to start.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
