Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced role performing uniform and supplies delivery and pickup. The position features a comprehensive training program, base salary with commission, a majority 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• 21 years of age or older
• DOT medical certification required
• Ability to meet the physical requirements while performing duties
• Customer-service oriented and team-focused

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
