Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

This full-time role offers a solid base salary with commissions, a 4-day workweek for the majority of staff, no nights or weekends, and ample training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Military service acceptable.
• Must have an active driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
