Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Statesville, NC is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility services.

The role offers a comprehensive 10-week training, a solid base salary with commission after route assignment, and a majority 4-day workweek with no nights

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must meet physical requirements.
• High School diploma or GED or Military service.
• Eligible for DOT medical certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
