Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division in Greenville, SC. You will drive a route, service uniforms, towels, and other facility needs, while building strong relationships with customers.

This role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after routing is assigned, a four-day workweek predominantly, and minimal nights or weekend work. Safety and quality are emphasized in daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Evidence of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
