Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility services to existing customers.

This position emphasizes a fast-paced, team-driven environment with four-day workweeks and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
