Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

This role offers a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a majority 4-day workweek, and bonuses/incentives.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
